Bannacotta

Ingredients:

  1. Bobaking Banana Sauce 30 g
  2. 900ml UHT Milk
  3. Granulated Sugar 100 g
  4. 1 tsp agar-agar powder
  5. 1 tsp powdered jelly
  6. 3 tablespoons of powdered creamer

How to make:

  1. Combine the granulated sugar, jelly powder, agar-agar powder, and creamer in a saucepan
  2. Add the UHT milk and cook over low heat
  3. Pour into a mold and chill in the refrigerator
  4. Pour the Bobaking Banana Sauce over it
