Bannacotta
Ingredients:
- Bobaking Banana Sauce 30 g
- 900ml UHT Milk
- Granulated Sugar 100 g
- 1 tsp agar-agar powder
- 1 tsp powdered jelly
- 3 tablespoons of powdered creamer
How to make:
- Combine the granulated sugar, jelly powder, agar-agar powder, and creamer in a saucepan
- Add the UHT milk and cook over low heat
- Pour into a mold and chill in the refrigerator
- Pour the Bobaking Banana Sauce over it
