Pandan Boba Candil

Ingredients:

  1. BOBAKING Pandan Tapioca Pearls 40 g 

  2. BOBAKING Brown Sugar Syrup 30 ml 

  3. Ice Cube 150 ml 

  4. 20 g coconut milk 

  5. 100 ml of water 

  6. Tapioca Starch 10 g 

  7. 2 pandan leaves

How to make:

  1. Cook the BOBAKING Pandan Tapioca Pearls, then strain and drain them. 

  2. Prepare a coconut milk broth mixed with hot water and a pinch of salt. 

  3. Place the BOBAKING Pandan Tapioca Pearls in a serving bowl. 

  4. Add BOBAKING Brown Sugar Syrup. 

  5. Then pour in the coconut milk and garnish with pandan leaves.
