Caramel Ginger Frappe

Ingredients:

  1. BOBAKING Caramel Sauce 20 g 

  2. Ginger Syrup 10 ml 

  3. Ice Cube 120 g 

  4. Milk 100 ml 

  5. Drinking Cream Foam 60 g 

  6. Charcoal Powder 20 g

How to make:

  1. Slowly pour the BOBAKING Caramel Sauce into the glass until it coats the sides. 

  2. Add ice cubes, then pour in the ginger syrup and milk. 

  3. Whip the drinking cream with thick charcoal powder until it becomes fluffy. 

  4. Pour the foam over the drink.
