Earl Grey Caramel Soft Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. BBobaking Caramel Sauce 50g 
  2. Milk 500 ml 
  3. Heavy Cream 400 ml 
  4. Earl Grey Tea Bags (3 bags) 
  5. 10 g gelatin 

Flower jelly: 

  1. 20 g sugar 
  2. Jelly Powder 4 g 
  3. Milk 250 ml

How to make:

Soft Pudding

  1. Add the Bobaking Caramel Sauce, milk, heavy cream, Earl Grey tea bag, and gelatin to a saucepan, then heat until boiling, stirring constantly 

  2. Place in a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours 

Flower Jelly

  1. Add the sugar, jelly powder, and milk to a saucepan, then cook until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly 

  2. Place in a mold and let cool 

  3. Remove the pudding from the refrigerator, pour the Bobaking caramel over it, then add the flower-shaped jelly and leaf garnish
